Chocolates…yummy, isn’t it? It’s really sad when your dietician tells you to completely avoid chocolate. It is heart-wrenching to hear that.
Your brain is a very wonderful thing, it acts the way you train it. The irony is that if you train your brain compulsively, it will not follow the orders.
Your brain will make you crave for all the forbidden things.
Let’s make it simple, ya..Tell your brain that you can eat chocolates whenever you want.
This way you will be at peace with your mind and surprisingly, you will try to avoid it as much as you can. But will it really help?
One fine day, you will catch up with a lot of yummy chocolates and later you have to handle the guilt of eating them.
To avoid this, have chocolates once a while to avoid gulping them all at once.

To stop the cravings, there is an easy tip which you can try. Learn to take your mind off the food and focus on something else.
Cravings last for about 10 minutes and it dies down after a while. See if this works, it’s all about mind-over-matter at the end of the day, right?
Cravings also happen when your blood sugar is low and you are tired and hungry. If you are truly hungry, choose a healthy, filling snack to raise your blood sugar to normal levels.
Now you must be well aware of chocolate cravings. Dark chocolates are a healthy replacement of sweetened caramel chocolates. They aid in weight loss and reduce cholesterol.
Now to control the cravings of sweetened chocolates, have them occasionally, else have pure dark chocolates (in moderation).
