When in doubt, top it with curd! This ecstatic salad has appetising vegetables like broccoli and mushrooms and to top it all hung curd blends in superiorly. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan and add diced potatoes. Roast it for 3minutes in low flame.
Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook it for 5-10 minutes in medium flame. Till the potatoes become golden brown. Now add salt, paprika and oregano.
Mix the dressing ingredients and keep it in the fridge.
Before serving heat the hung curd salad mixture and the mix it with the dressing ingredients.
