I wanted to lose weight and become healthy. I tried a couple of things to do it, but nothing worked. Then I joined Possible.
My Possible journey is going great. Their educational videos have helped me a lot to understand the basics of a good diet.
My cravings have reduced and now my life has fallen into a good routine. I’ve made changes in my lifestyle like maintaining the portion size, plate size, food logging, etc. My dietician helps me a lot. She monitors everything and helps me maintain my health score. She also motivates me to increase my health score. She is always there whenever I need any help. All of this has helped me a lot.
I really feel good after joining the program. I would really like to thank the Possible team. Prior to joining Possible, I used to eat whatever without caring about my health. Now, I have become conscious. But I still enjoy my favourite foods, I only maintain portion size. Possible has taught me these good ways to stay healthy without depriving myself.
